The Emerging Leader Award recognizes a rising star under 40 years old in Mississauga's business community—an individual who demonstrates exceptional leadership potential, innovation, and impact early in their career. This award celebrates young leaders who are shaping the future of their organization or industry while contributing positively to their team, workplace culture, and the broader community.
Requirements
- Nominees must be under 40 years old.
- You may be nominated in up to three categories.
- Previous winners are not eligible to win the same award again for three years.
- An individual may only win one award in a given year.
- Nominees must work for a Mississauga-based business or organization.
