- Implements innovative, solutions-based strategies to support employees of diverse abilities throughout recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and advancement.
- Provides fair and equitable compensation, mentorship, and opportunities for growth.
- Demonstrates a long-term commitment to inclusive hiring and workplace practices.
Champions inclusive leadership and inspires other businesses to adopt best practices.
Requirements
- You may be nominated in up to three categories.
- Previous winners are not eligible to win the same award again for three years.
- An organization may only win one award in a given year.
- Nominees must be a Mississauga-based business.
- Franchises are not eligible unless otherwise specified.
- Activities must have taken place between January 1 – December 31, 2026.
